WHAT ARE YOUR COVID-19 GUIDELINES?

WE TAKE THE SAFETY OF OUR FANS, BANDS, STAFF, & ALL INVOLVED VERY SERIOUSLY. WE WILL BE CONSTANTLY UPDATING OUR COVID GUIDELINES AS THE FESTIVAL APPROACHES. ALL RULES & REGULATIONS WILL BE IN LINE WITH LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL MANDATES/RESTRICTIONS.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PUT IN ACTION A NUMBER OF EXTRA SAFETY MEASURES IN PLACE:

- EXTRA HAND SANITIZATION STATIONS THROUGHOUT THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS

- ADDITIONAL CLEANING OF RESTROOM LOCATIONS ON SITE

- COMPLIANCE WITH ALL LOCAL, STATE, & FEDERAL SCREENING PRACTICES 

- ENTRY TO THE FESTIVAL MAY BE SUBJECT TO VACCINATION, TESTING, MASKING, ETC. 

TO STAY UP TO DATE WITH ALL FESTIVAL POLICIES, BE SURE TO FOLLOW US ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA AND SUBSCRIBE TO OUR MAILNG LIST. PLEASE GET VACCINATED If YOU ARE ABLE, AND AS ALWAYS, YOU ENTER FOUR CHORD MUSIC FESTIVAL AT YOUR OWN RISK. 

IS THERE RE-ENTRY PERMITTED THROUGHOUT THE DAY?

there will be no re-entry permitted once you have entered the venue

I ROLLED OVER MY TICKETS TO 2022, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

YOU ARE ABLE TO CHOOSE WHICH DAY YOU WANT YOUR PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED TICKETS TO BE APPLIED TO. THEY WILL ONLY BE VALID FOR THE DAY YOU CHOOSE. PLEASE EMAIL FOURCHORDMUSICFESTIVAL@GMAIL.COM WITH YOUR TICKET CONFIRMATION NUMBER, THE NAME ON THE ORDER, AND WHICH DAY YOU WANT THE TICKETS TO BE USED FOR. if you do not email us to let us know which day you prefer, it will default to day 2 (9.10.22). 

I LOST MY TICKET CONFIRMATION/TICKETS OR I MOVED SINCE I BOUGHT TICKETS & HAVE A NEW ADDRESS/EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

if you misplaced, lost, or no longer have your tickets/ticket confirmation email, please send an email with the name + email on the order to fourchordmusicfestival@gmail.com to have it retrieved 

IT SAYS PARKING IS SOLD OUT ON THE TICKETING PAGE, DOES THAT MEAN THERE IS NO MORE PARKING?

our pre-sold parking passes are sold out, but there will be parking available the day of the show at the wild things parking lots on site.

I HAVE ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, WHO SHOULD I CONTACT ABOUT THEM?

what does vip include?

please refer to our vip page that outlines the vip experience. those who have vip tickets, be on the lookout for an email about a month prior with specific details on times, merch sizes etc. 

what am I permitted to take into the venue?

please refer to the venue page for their policies on items that are prohibited. THIS WILL BE UPDATED WHEN ANY POLICIES CHANGE.

DOES MY CHILD NEED A TICKET TO GET IN?

IF YOUR CHILD IS UNDER 5, THEY DO NOT NEED A TICKET

I am a nursing mother, what should I do?

please contact fourchordmusicfestival@gmail.com if you need in an out privileges. Otherwise, we will have an area allocated for nursing mothers.

do you accept tickets from secondary markets?

We do not accept any tickets that are not showclix branded tickets

What is the Lyte ticket exchange?

The Lyte ticket exchange is the official ticket exchange for Four Chord Music Festival. Lyte matches sellers with buyers with no hidden fees or fake tickets. The exchange allows you to safely request, return, or sell tickets all in one place. Learn more about Lyte here

How do I request tickets that are sold out?

You can join the waitlist for the ticket type you are looking for on the Lyte ticket exchange and lock in the price with a credit card. Click “Request Tickets” and select the number of tickets you want. The price you are shown is the price you will be charged if your request is able to be completed, no hidden fees. You’ll receive a confirmation email from Lyte letting you know that they received your request.

How do I return tickets to Lyte?

You can return your tickets on the Lyte ticket exchange. Click “Return Tickets” and select the passes you’d like to return. Lyte will make an offer to you if we’re able to accept your return. Offers vary depending on demand for tickets and we only accept returns if we have demand. Lyte’s mission is to ensure the next fan in line gets to go at a fair and marketable price. All return payments are processed via PayPal one business day following the completion of the event.

How do I sell or transfer my passes directly to a friend or another fan?

You can easily sell or transfer your passes to another fan by creating a Private Exchange link through the Lyte ticket exchange.

  1. Click the “Sell or Transfer Tickets” button and then “Get Link.”

  2. Enter your email address to locate your passes

  3. Select the passes you want to create the link for. Only one pass type can be sold in one link. If you have multiple pass types you want to sell, you will have to create a separate link.

  4. Set the price you wish to sell your passes for and enter your PayPal email address. Then click “Continue”

  5. Use the “Share” button to copy the link you created

Once your link is created, you can safely share it via email, SMS or social media. Anyone with the link can buy your passes using a credit card. When your passes are purchased, the passes are transferred from your account to the buyer.  Once transferred to the buyer you will no longer have access to them. You can deactivate the link at any time before the passes are purchased.
