FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

IS THERE RE-ENTRY PERMITTED THROUGHOUT THE DAY?

There will be no re-entry permitted once you have entered the venue

I LOST MY TICKET CONFIRMATION/TICKETS OR I MOVED SINCE I BOUGHT TICKETS & HAVE A NEW ADDRESS/EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you misplaced, lost, or no longer have your tickets/ticket confirmation email, please send an email with the name + email on the order to fourchordmusicfestival@gmail.com to have it retrieved

WHERE CAN I PARK?

You can purchase parking in advance on our ticketing page. Once parking sells out, there is alternate parking at the mall down the hill from the venue. We urge ride sharing with friends or using a ride share service to get to the festival, as we expect long lines to enter and exit. 

I HAVE ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, WHO SHOULD I CONTACT ABOUT THEM?

To ensure everything you need is ready upon your arrival, please email fourchordmusicfestival@gmail.com to discuss how we can accommodate your needs. 

WHAT DOES VIP INCLUDE?

Please refer to our Ticketing page that outlines the VIP  + DELUXE VIP experience. Those who have VIP tickets, be on the lookout for emails with updates.  Please note that only 

Deluxe VIP will include a parking pass. General VIP will not. 

WHAT IS PERMITTED TO BRING INTO THE VENUE?

We will be updated our Venue page shortly to reflect the permitted/not permitted items list as well as our bag policy.

DOES MY CHILD NEED A TICKET TO GET IN?

If your child is under the age of 5, they do not need a ticket.

CAN I GET MEDIA CREDENTIALS FOR THE FEST?

Please use THIS form to apply for media credential

WHAT ABOUT WATER?

 Please note the venue has water fountains along the concourse of the venue. Additional water can be purchased at any available concession stand. Please note at this time - outside water bottles are not permitted per venue policy.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

All sales are final for the festival, no refunds are offered

CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD INTO THE FESTIVAL?

Unless for a medical reason, outside food and drink are not permitted to be brought into the venue

I AM A NURSING MOTHER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact fourchordmusicfestival@gmail.com if you need in an out privileges. Otherwise, we will have an area designated for nursing mothers.

DO YOU ACCEPT TICKETS FROM SECONDARY MARKETS?

We do not accept any tickets that are not Front Gate Ticket branded tickets

IS THE FESTIVAL RAIN OR SHINE?

We are a rain or shine festival

PATRONS WHO HAVE NOT REQUESTED MEDICAL ACCOMMODATIONS:

Please note - if you require any medical accommodations, please contact us immediately so we can notify our staff. If you are arriving day of the festival with a medical accommodation

need / request, please provide medical documentation that has been issued by a licensed medical professional. Medical requests / wristbands must be brought to the box office / security team.

Please note: if you purchased early bird pricing, early bird pricing will not apply to the upgraded ticket if approved.
